TL;DR

Rem Check ports in listening state.
netstat -an

# Test a network connection.
Test-NetConnection -Port 443 -ComputerName 192.168.0.1 -InformationLevel Detailed

Disable fast startup on Windows 10

  1. open the Control Panel
  2. choose on Power Options
  3. choose Choose what the power buttons do
  4. choose Change settings that are currently unavailable to make the setting editable
  5. deselect Turn on fast startup (recommended)
  6. save the changes
